Responsibilities

The Neuropsychologist renders diagnostic and treatment services to rehabilitation patients as a member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Provides effective, efficient and quality care. Acts as a clinical resource in the specialty area, and participates in research.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working as a neuropsychologist in an inpatient acute or subacute setting.
• PhD in Clinical Psychology
• Proof of a pre-doctoral internship in neuropsychology or rehabilitation psychology (at least 1 year in length).
• Systematic collection of data and ability to statistically analyze data. Ability to report data in preparation for publication in a scientific journal. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication. Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• AHA BLS Certification

 Preferred:

• 2 or more years experience working full or part time as a neuropsychologist in an inpatient acute or subacute rehabilitation setting.
